Resolve Party Wall Surveyors is able to offer affordable fees for straightforward domestic projects. After analysing your specific project we will always send through a written Fee Quotation to ensure there are no hidden costs, based on the fee elements below.
Initial Project Consultation: FREE
Whether you are the Building Owner or Adjoining Owner we are happy to review the project and discuss the next steps.
Serve Party Structure Notices: £120 per neighbour
Acting on the behalf of the Building Owner, this fee includes land registry searches; serving all applicable notices (sections 1, 3, 6), ensuring legal compliance; and management of neighbour responses.
Party Wall Surveyor: £700
Appointed under section 10 of the Party Wall Act on behalf of a single party, either for the Building Owner or Adjoining Owner. Cost includes on-site inspection of proposed works; managing communications between parties; working in collaboration with the 2nd surveyor, and serving of legally binding party wall award.
Agreed Surveyor: £750
Appointed under section 10 of the Party Wall Act on behalf of both the Building Owner and Adjoining Owner. Cost includes on-site inspection of proposed works; managing communications between parties, serving of legally binding party wall award.
Schedule of Condition: £300 per neighbour, per visit
Including an on-site survey and written schedule of condition that is used in cases of damage.
